Or even the marked shift towards the world of services with the Shared Competence Center, where employees who previously worked in another area are now engaged in providing services. The Audi Academy is an institutionalised part of the knowledge and skills development that enables transformation. We are also introducing new methods within the HR organisation in order to achieve the best possible results. For example, we are using network analysis to examine the data of areas related to personnel, and researching what further opportunities lie in our community,\u201d says Andr\u00e1s T\u00f3th, Head of Organisational Development, who believes this will open the door to a new and exciting area.
